Cancellation Policy

Life can be busy and we understand if you need to cancel or reschedule. If there is a reason you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please provide notice no later than 24-hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel or postpone within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment a cancellation fee of the full session amount will be charged and is payable prior to rescheduling a following appointment. The cancellation policy is strictly adhered to.
