Reserved Place Model

Weekly and Fortnightly sessions

When we agree on a regular appointment time, that space is reserved especially for you. My practice operates on a pay for your place model, which means you're paying for your dedicated place in my schedule, rather than individual sessions attended. This helps provide consistency and continuity in our work together.

I understand that life happens, and there may be times when you're unable to attend. If you need to cancel, I'll do my best to offer a make-up session within seven days of your original appointment, subject to availability. If we're unable to find a suitable time, your usual session fee will still apply.

This approach allows me to maintain a small caseload and provide each client with a consistent, reliable and dedicated space for therapy.

Flexi/Maintainence Sessions

Flexi appointments are designed for clients who have completed regular therapy and would like occasional sessions to maintain their progress, check in, or seek support as new challenges arise. Rather than holding a regular appointment time, sessions are booked as needed and are subject to availability.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable and plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a flexi appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will incur the full session fee. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will not attract a fee.
